I paid for the Team Registration, how do I add Riders to my team?
You will first need to create a Team Page:
- if you have a 5 rider team, click here
- if you have a 10 rider team, click here.
Once you have created your Team Page, you will be able to add Riders by sending them an invitation:
- click on the "Invite Riders" link in the right-hand sidebar on your Team Page. Riders will be added to your team when they accept the invitation.
Where do I complete my individual Rider Profile?
Go to your User Account and click on "Create your Rider Profile".
What do I do with the Team Page?
The Team page is completely private - it's just for you and the riders that have accepted your invitation to join the team. Your team can use the page as a message board and communication hub. You can organize group rides, post important news, etc. All team members can post messages and leave comments.
How do I remove a Rider and add a new one?
Go to your Team Page and click on the link to the Rider list (located in the right-hand sidebar). You will see a link next to the Rider's name that will allow you to remove the rider.
How many Riders can I invite?
If you paid for a 5 Rider Team, you can invite 4 riders and if you paid for a 10 Rider Team, you can invite 9 riders (you don't need to invite yourself.)
